At the new Mia Rosebud, the big decision is whether to select one of the Prime Steaks & Chops entrees, or an Italian Specialty. If you’re with a few others, you won’t have to choose. The buttery (as in fork tender)16- oz. Delmonico Vesuvio with peas, garlic and white wine sauce is outstanding, sliced and plated for each diner. The 16-oz. Lamb Chops Oreganato arrive with six 3-oz. chops in oregano- lemon butter sauce.
Eggplant, Veal or Chicken Parm; Brick Chicken (a House specialty of crispy pan roasted whole chicken served with oregano lemon sauce); and Zuppa di Pesce with fish of the day, calamari, octopus, mussels, clams shrimp in spicy tomato white wine sauce over linguine are truly an abbondanza of riches. Just in case one or more in your party might not feel be feeling la dolce vita, there’s a 10-oz. prime cheeseburger, BBQ Baby Back Ribs and even a Jumbo Maryland Crab Cake.
