Along Jupiter Inlet at Indiantown Rd, Tommy Bahama retail store incorporates one of 21 namesake restaurants and Marlin Bars in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Nevada and Florida. All serve fresh local fish, house-made recipes from scratch kitchens, and cocktails celebrating island life.
It wouldn’t be Tommy Bahama without its “World Famous” Coconut Shrimp with papaya-mango chutney in shareable and entrée sizes. The well-balanced menu has salads, handhelds and tacos, and “Land” and “Sea” entrees. Grilled Chicken & Mango Salad with feta, dried blueberries, roasted almonds, macadamias and pepitas and lemon-basil vinaigrette; and the Char-grilled Filet Mignon Salad with grilled potatoes, Roma tomatoes, crispy shitake mushrooms, garlic aioli and tamarind vinaigrette are lighter fare, while Grilled Baby Back Ribs swathed in sweet & spicy blackberry brandy BBQ sauce and Kona Coffee-Crusted Ribeye offer heartier options. Tamarind-Pineapple Glazed Mahi with trumpet mushrooms, shallots and almond rice, and Thai Shrimp & Scallops in a lemongrass, coconut and curry reduction are two imaginative examples of T.B.’s commitment to island cuisine.
Dessert?? Make the most of your evening with Campfire S’Mores, a tray with marshmallows, mini-skewers, graham crackers and a variety of chocolate candy like Kit Kats, Reese’s PB cups and chocolate bars. The companion mini-hibachi makes it our favorite D-I-Y dessert!
