The young, passionate Paris-born baker Yves François began his training in Bordeaux, mastered his skills in Parisien bakeries, then packed his bag for South Florida. His delicate pastry creations at Boca West Country Club led him to open his own pâtisserie. Baguettes and rustic breads; gorgeous plain, chocolate and variety croissant; traditional brioche with pearl sugar; Napoleons; éclair of many flavor and more are best snagged early in the day. He creates beautiful custom cakes and is a fan favorite with French-Canadian clientele. Open for just over a year, the bakery welcomes all to stop in.
