MIAMI — Palm Beach County condo $1M and up sales continued outperforming pre-pandemic data, according to statistics released by the MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the MIAMI Southeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (SEFMLS).
Palm Beach County condos selling $1M and above posted 62 sales in September 2024, up 121.4% versus the 28 sold in pre-pandemic September 2019.

Palm Beach County Price Appreciation
Existing condo median prices increased 1.6% year-over-year in September 2024, from $309,900 to $315,000.
Palm Beach County single-family home median sale prices increased 2.5% year-over-year in September 2024, increasing from $600,000 to $615,000.
