Waterside dining is always desirable when you live on the largest peninsula in the nation. Tucked away in the Waterstone Resort & Marina is the new Sea Spray Inlet Grill, an outdoor-only, casual-vibe spot. Where Boca Raton Inlet connects to Lake Boca Raton, muralist Gabriela Benatar has created an iconic tropical backdrop across an exterior wall that offers context for the eatery. It’s also a great spot for an “I’m here and you’re not” pic.
It’s likely you’ll choose a refreshing drink from Sea Spray Inlet’s Signature Cocktails, Margaritas, Mules and Frozens. Our favorites include Raspberry Lemonade with Stoli Razz, triple sec and fresh raspberries; Dark & Stormy with Gosling’s dark rum and ginger beer; and decadent Bailey’s Colada, with a float of Bailey’s on a frozen piña colada. Executive Chef Kelley Randall elevates seasonal Florida coastal cuisine with a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with mustard sauce and cocktail sauce, Smoked Fish Dip with red onion, jalapeno and “everything” crackers, Red Grouper on a brioche bun with lemon aioli, arugula and tomato, Blackened Mahi Tacos filled with mango cilantro slaw, salsa verde and crema, and Skirt Steak Frites with a zesty garlic, herb and olive oil chimichurri.
Dessert?? Make the most of your evening with Campfire S’Mores, a tray with marshmallows, mini-skewers, graham crackers and a variety of chocolate candy like Kit Kats, Reese’s PB cups and chocolate bars. The companion mini-hibachi makes it our favorite D-I-Y dessert!
